A funny woman with curly hair
Kristina Grosspietsch is a writer, performer, comedian, and former cheesemonger living in LA. Most recently, she was the Writers' Assistant for an upcoming untitled Netflix project.
A member of Magnet Theater’s NYTimes-reviewed, all-female improv show “The Cast," Kristina was named with her writing partner "a power pair" by Funny or Die. In 2018, they co-wrote “Opening Night,” a high-energy show where the pair plays 8 characters each dealing with a chaotic Broadway premiere in their own ways. When it premiered in the NY International Fringe Festival, it was called “hilarious” by theater critic Johnathan Mandell and “absurd and oddly touching” by Theatre is Easy’s Emily Cordes. Cordes also highlighted Kristina and her partner's “remarkable versatility and comic precision” — which is something they like to tell everyone they meet.
Kristina is also a Story Pirate, an editor, a contributor to Mashable, the founder of the Magnet Theater’s 10-Minute Play Festival, and the face of a certain frozen pizza company's 2017 internet ad campaign.
